Nonviolent Communication Foundation Training
May 16, 2020 @ 10:00 - May 17, 2020 @ 18:00200chf – 450chf
I will be offering an introduction to NVC weekend workshop to explore the founding principles through practices and exercises that gived an experience of what it means and how it works. NVC changed my life by giving me ways to put more awareness into my what I experience, what I really want and how I express it to others. Based on honest self-expression and empathically listening to others, NVC is focused on creating a quality of connection that can hold and care for the needs of everyone involved. This can radically change the outcomes in conflict situations at all levels of our lives from couple relationships to family connections, and from professional environments to society and politics at large.
In this workshop you will learn:
- The 5 (4+1) steps of Nonviolent Communication
- Empathy and active listening skills
- Self-connection and empowered vulnerable expression
- How to ask for what you want with open, free requests
- Self-compassion and how to relate to painful emotions in a healing way
Trainer: Mironel de Wilde is a CNVC certified Nonviolent Communication trainer focusing on the relationship with ourselves as the basis for all other relationships. He has a background in mindfulness, meditation and yoga and brings this holistic perspective to his work.
Contribution: We’d ask 300CHF for this workshop if you pay yourself, 450CHF if paid by an employer or if you would like to sponsor another participant. We have created a sliding scale from approximately 200-450chf to accommodate different people’s financial needs and possibilities and encourage you to contact us if the contribution request would make it an obstacle for you to attend.
