
Coaching and Mediation
I support individuals and couples with Living Compassion and Nonviolent Communication based coaching and mediation. This can support resolving inner conflicts or conflicts with each other, integrating challenging emotions and approaching life from a place of fullness, authenticity and wholeness.
In one on one coaching, I like to focus on building your personal capacities to relate deeply with yourself, to face the challenges of life and to reveal layers of authenticity and innocence. Ultimately, I want to support you to be fully and beautifully who you really are, so you can live from that truth, living into your passion and meeting life fearlessly open!
In couple’s coaching, I like to support a depth of connection by bringing clarity to communication and care to both the personal and relational spaces. I find it very helpful to bring awareness to these two main dimensions of a relationship: the personal and the relational. We each bring our personal history to our relationships, and I find it very helpful to clarify what that is and take personal responsibility for it, so we are not blaming our partner for the wounds we brought with us. At the same time, we co-create a relational space in ways that are mutual nurturing and beautiful, and in ways that don’t work for us also considering what we bring personally. Changes to how we relate are a shared responsibility. If you are considering a session for the well-being of the couple, I really encourage you to come even before a crisis reaches a critical level. The sooner a couple comes for support, the easier and more efficient the process is.
