Mironel de Wilde

At the core of my life and work is exploring inner landscapes. From navigating my own mind, emotions, and soul, to expanding into a universal understanding of our common archetypes and consciousness itself, I engage with all of this being human. Through my teachings and films, I share my insights on living authentically, fully, and freely, with the hope of enriching lives and supporting us in creating a world that works for everyone.

I was born in a wooden caravan in the north of the Netherlands, I had my first birthday on the ship as my family emigrated to Canada and we moved again to the UK where I went to primary school. With this background, I grew up with a sense of belonging more to the world than any country. Spirituality was always in my home environment, so when I found Tibetan Buddhism and the shamanic traditions of Canada as a teenager, it felt quite natural for me.

Leaving home, I went traveling for about 8 years, first across Africa and then to Asia, mainly India, where I studied yoga and tantra. At this time, I discovered Kashmir Shaivism—a non-dual approach to tantra—which is now at the heart of my spirituality. There I also made my first short documentary film that opened this creative dimension of my life.

A pivotal moment came in 2014 when I attended my first Nonviolent Communication (NVC) workshop also in India. For the first time, I learned how to fully feel my feelings and listen to their messages. As my NVC practice deepened, my spiritual focus shifted from seeking transcendence to living into wholeness. Through the work of Robert Gonzales, Living Compassion, I discovered a practical way to live non-duality in relationships and everyday life. Living non-duality, living into wholeness is a process of unveiling my innate nature. There is nothing to do to cultivate what is already the truth of my being. The work is simply to love ourselves into who we really are.

Now, I am teaching mostly in Europe and Asia, and I strive to live non-duality in all I do as I also engage in film-making and community building.

The Journey

My journey

I was born innocent, loving  and free. A great meaning of my life is to return to that core of who I am, imbued with experience so that innocence becomes a form of wisdom.
