Living compassion is a way of living life as an expression of our wholeness. Where all of our experiences and interactions, beautiful and challenging, are equally expressions of our aliveness to be welcomed with compassion.

When we can relate to all our emotions as important messengers to listen to, we are guided to unknown and sometimes unwanted parts of ourselves. Bringing compassion and trust to every part of us has meaning and wisdom. This is how we can integrate all these parts into our wholeness and bring all of ourselves to life, to creativity, and into our relationships. In this way, Living Compassion means living in the fullness of ourselves.
