I would love to welcome you to this magical island for 7 to 10 days of yoga, movement, connection and Mediterranean holiday! This is a casual, open retreat where we share food and cooking, go out to see the charm of the island, hike the volcano and relax by the sea!

The upcoming retreat on Stromboli will focus on what it means to connect with our inner wisdom! This means authenticity, listening to the voice of the heart, being honest with yourself and others to live from the heart. This includes deepening self-connection and self-empowerment through body practices, breathing and inner processes of meditation and Compassionate Communication. It’s all about integrity and taking down the persona or masks we wear. We have a 2 hour session each morning and a 3-4 hour session each afternoon with about 90 min of Hatha Yoga each time which also takes care of our physical well-being, getting into the body, opening up and also relaxing deeply! Everything is optional of course, we all go at our own pace, this is your time to enjoy yourself and the amazing island!

For this, we will go on trips to visit local restaurants, take a boat to Ginostra on the other side of the island, and for whoever wants trekking up the volcano (hiking boots required). The midday is free time to explore, rest and be!

Travel to Stromboli

Fly to Naples and take an overnight boat from there leaving at 20h00 on the 7th or 11th September with siremar.it

The return to Naples can be made on the 13th or the 17th September.

Or fly to Catania and take a boat from Milazzo with either libertylines.it or siremar.it. From Milazzo there are several options and dates available, although it is not always possible to arrive in Stromboli on the same day you fly in to Catania.
